Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years age or older by the contest closing date and be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada . Entry: Entry in the contest requires the individual book a cruise, tour, or vacation package booked through GlobalTravel.com, a GlobalTravel.com Resmax site, a partner travel vendor where the GTI ARC/CLIA number is attached to the booking and a commission tracking form is submitted to GTI during the contest window, or directly through the GTI reservation center 800 number in Maitland Florida. Required entry information includes correct and valid last name, first name, home address, email address, and telephone number.. You may also enter by printing your full name, address, email address, telephone number on a postcard and address it to GTI JJ booking contest - P.O. Box 940639 - Maitland, FL 32794-06All entries become the sole property of Global Travel International Inc. and none will be returned. Prize: The prize will consist of an award certificate for two round trip domestic airline tickets that depart and return to the same location. A 21 day advance reservation and ticketing is required. The reservations must be booked and tickets issued through an designated number listed on the prize notification to the GTI Maitland reservation center. Travel must be booked and ticketed by December 15, 2010. All travel must be completed by August 30th 2011. Absolutely no extensions of the booking, ticketing, or travel window will be granted. Travel between the 50 United States including D.C. , and Canada only. GTI will permit up to a $300 per airline ticket for travel including taxes/fees. Any additional fare/tax/fee difference per ticket will be the responsibility of the winner. All income taxes/fees (if any) are the responsibility of the winner. Only one prize of two airline tickets will be awarded. . An equal amount of gift certificates or cash payment by check may also be substituted by Global Travel International Inc in lieu of the prize. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is $300 US. No warranty is provided on this prize. No requests for refund or substitution of any type are allowed. All taxes, duties, fees and surcharges associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners located in Canada will be responsible for paying all import taxes and duties related to shipping from the United States. Canadian winners must agree to pay the taxes, duties and brokerage fees prior to the prize being shipped. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize Draw: A random drawing will be conducted on a date within 2 weeks of Contest Close Date by Global Travel International Inc., whose decisions are final. Each entrant selected as a winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these rules and regulations, and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the drawing. Global Travel International Inc. is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses or mailing addresses that are not correct. If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact such winner, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all entries received. If the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in the original winner's place. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt. Winners List: Global Travel International Inc will attempt to post contest winners to the web site within thirty (30) days of contest closing date. Redemption: Global Travel International Inc. will ship the prize via ground mail to the appropriate winner's home address as provided when first entering the contest. Prizes cannot be sent to any other address. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Global Travel International Inc. is not responsible for a lost or damaged prize and in the case where the prize is lost or damaged it will not be replaced. Governing Law / Arbitration: This contest will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law principles. All Disputes Shall be Settled by Arbitration. In the event of a dispute between you and GTI, you and GTI agree that a prompt and fair resolution, without the time and expense of formal court proceedings, would be in both parties mutual interests. All disputes shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration to be conducted in Orange County, Florida, or a location closest to Orange County, Florida if no such location for the chosen arbitration body exists there. MANDATORY ARBITRATION REPLACES THE RIGHT OF EITHER PARTY TO GO TO COURT AND DEMAND A JURY TRIAL. Each party will bear its own expenses, and the parties will share equally the filing and other fees of the arbitration firm and the expenses of the arbitrator, except that the arbitrator will be entitled to award a different allocation of costs and fees where the arbitrator determines that a filed claim is frivolous. The arbitrator will not have the power to award punitive damages or other damages not measured by the prevailing party's actual damages, except as may be required by statute. Any award in arbitration initiated under this clause will be limited to monetary damages and will include no injunction or direction to any party other than the direction to pay a monetary amount, except as required by statute or to comply with the terms of the contract. Any award rendered by the arbitrator will be final and binding upon each of the parties, and judgment thereon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this section. During the pendency of such arbitration and until final judgment thereon has been entered, these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect unless otherwise terminated as provided hereunder. If a provision of this clause is held to be invalid, the remainder of the clause will remain in full force and effect, and, to this end, the provisions of this clause are severable. In the event that any State or Federal court rules that this arbitration provision is defective in whole or part or permits an action to be filed in a State or Federal court then the parties agree to have their dispute heard before a court located nearest to Orange County, Florida. The parties also agree to have any such dispute heard before a Judge and waive any rights to a Trial By Jury.
